34B Commission may provide information to Commonwealth Commissioner
Despite any other Act or law, the Commission is authorised to provide to the Commonwealth Commissioner (whether at the request of the
Commonwealth Commissioner or otherwise) such documents and other information in the possession or control of the Commission that may be reasonably required by the Commonwealth Commissioner in connection with the performance or exercise of its functions or powers under the Commonwealth Act.
