38 Power of exemption
(1)
The Commission may, on the written application of an incorporated association to which this Division applies, or on its own motion, exempt an association from the obligation to comply with one or more provisions of this
Division.
(2)
An exemption under subsection (1) may be granted upon such conditions as the Commission thinks fit and may, at any time, by instrument in writing, be varied or revoked by the Commission.
