36 Conditions of licences
The Commissioner may, on granting or renewing a licence under this
Part, attach conditions to the licence.
The Commissioner may, by written notice to the person granted a licence under this Part, vary or revoke a condition attached to the licence or attach a further condition.
An on-course totalisator betting licence must have attached to it conditions fixing the maximum proportion of money invested in totalisator betting that may be retained by the licensee.
The Minister may give the Commissioner binding directions about conditions to be attached to a licence under subsection (3).
The Minister may give the Commissioner binding directions about a condition to be attached to a 24 hour sportsbetting licence under subsection (1) or
preventing betting operations being conducted under that licence on a specified day.
