42 Location of off-course totalisator offices, branches and agencies
(1)
It is a condition of the comprehensive licence that the licensee must not establish an office, branch or agency at which the public may attend to make bets with the licensee without obtaining the Commissioner's approval of the location of the office, branch or agency.
(2)
The Minister may give the Commissioner binding directions preventing or restricting the approval of the location of offices, branches or agencies.
