44 Prohibition of lending or extension of credit
It is a condition of a major betting operations licence or an on-course totalisator betting licence that the licensee must not—
(a)
accept a bet unless the licensee has received the amount of the bet; or
(b)
in connection with the making of a bet, lend money or anything that might be converted into money or extend any other form of credit.
