62I Prosecution requires Commissioner's consent
(1)
A prosecution for an offence against this Division may only be commenced with the consent of the Commissioner.
(2)
In legal proceedings, an apparently genuine certificate certifying that the Commissioner consented to the commencement of a prosecution for an offence against this Division will, in the absence of proof to the contrary, be accepted as proof of that consent.
