142 Form of permit
A group permit must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
specify—
(i)
the persons, or class of persons, in respect of which the permit has been granted; and
(ii)
the type of permit that has been granted; and
(iii)
any condition imposed in respect of the permit; and
(iv)
the period in respect of which the permit remains in force.
