143 Variation of permit
(1)
A relevant decision-maker may, at any time, vary a group permit by written notification.
(2)
A variation may be made—
(a)
on the relevant decision-maker's own initiative; or
(b)
at the written request of a person.
(3)
A variation of a group permit may include the variation of a condition of the permit.
(4)
The regulations may make further provision for a variation under this section, including—
(a)
the form and procedure for a request for a variation; and
(b)
matters to be included in a notification, and the publication of a notification.
