25 Dog Fence Fund
(1)
The money of the board is to be held by the Treasurer in a fund called the Dog
Fence Fund.
(2)
The fund will consist of—
(a)
money received by the board as rates or contributions by councils; and
(b)
money paid to the board as a subsidy on rates or contributions by councils declared by the board and
(c)
any other money received by the board.
(3)
The fund may be expended by the board for purposes associated with—
(a)
the administration of this Schedule; or
(b)
the operations of the board under this Act; or
(c)
any other matter approved by the Treasurer.
