A court may make 1 or more orders under this Division if the court finds an offence against this Act or the regulations proved.
An order may be made under this Division in addition to any other penalty that may be imposed, or any other action that may be taken, in relation to the offence or on account of a contravention of this
Act.
An order may be made under this Division regardless of whether any penalty is imposed, or any other action is taken, in relation to the offence or on account of a contravention of this Act.
In this Division—
the court means the court that finds the offence proved;
the offender means the person who is found to have committed the offence.
