any other person engaged in the administration or enforcement of this

No civil or criminal liability attaches to the Crown or a designated person in respect of an act done or omitted in good faith—

in the performance or exercise, or purported performance or exercise, of a function or power under this Act; or

in the administration or enforcement, or purported administration or enforcement, of this Act; or

in carrying out, or purportedly carrying out, any requirement imposed, or purportedly imposed, in accordance with this Act.

Subsection (2) extends to an entity that is responsible for the acts or activities of a designated person.
