67 Conditions for record keeping and the provision of information
A condition imposed on a registered entity's biosecurity registration may require the registered entity—
(a)
to keep records or other information specified in the condition or determined from time to time by the relevant Chief Officer; and
(b)
to provide, in a manner and form determined by the relevant Chief
Officer, such records or other information as the relevant Chief
Officer may from time to time require.
