68 Conditions to take effect later
(1)
A condition of a registered entity's biosecurity registration may provide that an authorisation conferred by the biosecurity registration does not take effect until the end of a specified period or on the happening of a particular event or on the occurrence of a specified state of affairs.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the conditions may provide that an authorisation or variation will not take effect until a financial assurance is provided in accordance with a condition.
