38B Inspectors
(1)
The Minister may appoint such inspectors as the Minister thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Each inspector appointed by the Minister must be furnished with an appropriate identity card.
(3)
An inspector must produce the identity card for inspection by any person who questions his or her authority to exercise the powers of an inspector under this Act.
(4)
The Minister may, by notice in writing served on an inspector, revoke the appointment of the inspector under this
Act.
