46 Regulations
(1)
The Governor may make such regulations as are contemplated by this
Act or as are necessary or expedient for the purposes of this
Act.
(2)
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), those regulations may—
(a)
require employers to register with the Board; and
(b)
require employers or former employers to notify the Board of specified matters; and
(c)
prescribe penalties, not exceeding $1 000, for breach of, or non-compliance with, the regulations; and
(d)
fix expiation fees for alleged offences against the regulations.
