51 Analysts
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may, by notice in the
Gazette, appoint such number of persons to be analysts as the Minister thinks necessary or desirable for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
No person who has a direct or indirect interest in the manufacture, production, sale or supply of any substance or device to which this Act applies may be appointed as an analyst.
