23 Certain persons may not audit accounts and records of conveyancer
A person must not audit the accounts and records of a conveyancer if the person—
(a)
is, or has been within 2 years, an employee or partner of the conveyancer; or
(b)
is an employee of another conveyancer actually carrying on business as a conveyancer; or
(c)
is, themselves, a conveyancer carrying on business as a conveyancer.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $2 500.
