In this Division—

annual entitlement—see section 130WC(2);

policy development expenditure, in relation to an entitled registered political party, means—

(a)

expenditure on conferences, seminars, meetings or similar functions at which policies of the party are discussed; or

(b)

expenditure on providing information on policies of the party to members and supporters of the party; or

(c)

expenditure on research undertaken by or on behalf of the party for the purposes of policy development; or

(d)

any other expenditure, or class of expenditure, prescribed by the regulations.
