130WE Use etc of policy development funding
If an amount is paid to an entitled registered political party for policy development funding under this Division, the agent of the party must ensure that—
(a)
it is only used as reimbursement for policy development expenditure of the party; and
(b)
no
part of the amount is paid into a State campaign account kept under this Part.
