The following decisions are reviewable by the Tribunal under section 34 of the South
Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013:
(a)
a decision of the Regulator on a reconsideration under section 50;
(b)
a decision of the Regulator on a review under section 77.
(2)
An application for review of a decision of the Regulator referred to in subsection (1) must be made within 1 month of the making of the decision, but the Tribunal may, if it is satisfied that it is just and reasonable in the circumstances to do so, extend that period (whether or not it has already expired).
