109 Annual report
(1)
The Minister must, on or before 30 September in each year, prepare a report on the operation of this Act for the financial year ending on the preceding 30 June.
(2)
The Minister must, within six sitting days after completing a report under this section, cause copies of the report to be laid before both
Houses of Parliament.
