110 Protection from liability
No liability attaches to—
(a)
the Crown, the relevant authority, an enforcement agency, an authorised officer or any other authority or person engaged in the administration of this Act; or
(b)
a person employed by the Crown or an enforcement agency to carry out analyses for the purposes of this Act, for an honest act or omission in the exercise or discharge, or purported exercise or discharge, of a power, function or duty under this
Act.
