51 Delegation
(1)
A gambling provider may delegate a power or function under this
Part to an employee or agent of the gambling provider.
(2)
A delegation—
(a)
must be by instrument in writing; and
(b)
may be unconditional or subject to conditions; and
(c)
does not derogate from the power of the gambling provider to act personally in any matter; and
(d)
may be revoked at any time by the gambling provider.
