Register

In force

The Commissioner must maintain a register containing—

(a)

the prescribed particulars of—

(i)

barring orders; and

(ii)

requests for barring orders that are refused; and

(iii)

problem gambling family protection orders referred to in section 13(3) of the Problem

Gambling Family Protection Orders Act 2004;

and

(b)

any information required to be included in the register under another Act; and

(c)

any other information that, in the opinion of the Commissioner, is relevant to barring or exclusion of persons from gambling activities or venues (on welfare or any other grounds).
