292 Orders
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
under a corresponding prior Act of a participating jurisdiction, an adjudication body had, at the end of a proceeding before the adjudication body about a health practitioner's practice or conduct, ordered the health practitioner to do, or refrain from doing, something; and
(b)
immediately before the participation day, the order was still in force.
(2)
From the participation day, the order continues in force as if it had been made under this Law.
(3)
In this section—
adjudication body means a court, tribunal, panel or local registration authority.
