30 Presiding member and deputy
The
Minister must, after consultation with the Authority, appoint a member who is a pharmacist (the presiding member) to preside at meetings of the Authority and another member who is a pharmacist (the deputy presiding member) to preside at meetings of the Authority in the absence of the presiding member.
