22 Power of Commissioner to deal with plant
Subject to the approval of the Minister, the Commissioner may—
(a)
sell or otherwise dispose of, on such terms as the Commissioner thinks fit, to any council any of the properties or things mentioned in section 20 which are not required for the purposes of this Act; and
(b)
let or hire out, on such terms as the Commissioner thinks fit, any of the properties or things mentioned in section 20.
