26A Powers of Commissioner in relation to trees etc on roads
The
Commissioner may, for the purposes of road safety, remove or cut back any tree or other vegetation on or overhanging—
(a)
a road vested in or under the care, control and management of the
Commissioner; or
(b)
an adjoining portion of road.
