Dissolution of panel if member unable to continue

In force

If a member of a judicial conduct panel is for any reason unable to continue as a member—

(a)

the presiding member must dissolve the panel and notify the

Attorney‑General of the dissolution; and

(b)

the Attorney‑General must appoint a new panel under this

Part.
