Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017

The Commissioner must maintain a register of licences granted under this Act (the register).

The register must contain the following particulars for each licence:

the name and contact details of the holder of the licence;

the business name, ABN and address for the business to which the licence relates;

the name and contact details of each responsible person for the licence;

the licence number;

the date of issue of the licence;

any conditions imposed on the licence by the Commissioner under section 18;

the details of any enforcement action taken under this Act against the holder of the licence, including information about prosecutions or a suspension of the licence;

any other particulars prescribed by regulation.

The Commissioner must make the register available, free of charge, on a website determined by the Commissioner.
