10 Consent to register security interest
The consent of each of the following persons is required in order to register a security interest over a water licence or water access entitlement (or part of a water access entitlement):
(a)
a person who holds an interest in the water licence or water access entitlement (or part of a water access entitlement);
(b)
a person who has the benefit of the security interest.
