11 Minister not required to consider legal effect
Subject to the requirements of
Schedule 4 clause 8(4) of the Act, the Minister is to proceed to register a security interest on the receipt of an instrument under
Schedule 4 clause 8(2) of the Act without inquiring into, or being concerned with, the legal effect of the security interest.
