Notification scheme

(1)

The Minister may establish a scheme under which a person with an interest in a water licence or water access entitlement, or an agent or other person nominated by the person with the interest, is notified of the occurrence of a transaction using an electronic lodgement network established under this

Part.

(2)

A scheme under subregulation (1) may—

(a)

apply to the extent determined by the Minister; and

(b)

include conditions of access to the scheme; and

(c)

require a person to apply to the Minister, in a manner and form determined by the Minister, in order to participate in the scheme.
