30 Evidence of transactions
On the application of any person, the Minister may produce a document in writing recording—
information that has been registered or recorded on the register as a result of an electronic document; or
information contained in an electronic document that has been lodged for registration or recording on the register.
The Minister may determine that a class of information registered or recorded on the register will only be provided to—
the holder or holders of interests of that class; or
some other limited class of persons.
A document produced under subregulation (1) may be certified by the Minister in such manner as the Minister may determine.
An application under this regulation—
must be made in a form determined by the Minister;
and
must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
