21 Things to be done by Governor to mean by Governor with advice of Executive Council
If, in an Act passed, or a legislative instrument made, after
1 January 1873, the Governor is authorised or required to do any act, matter or thing, it will be taken to mean that the act, matter or thing may or must be done by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Executive Council.
