11 Chief Magistrate
(1)
The Chief Magistrate is the principal judicial officer of the
Court.
(2)
The Chief Magistrate is responsible for the administration of the
Court.
(3)
In the absence of the Chief Magistrate from official duties, responsibility for administration of the Court devolves on the Acting Chief
Magistrate appointed in accordance with section 6B of the
Magistrates
Act 1983.
