12 Administrative and ancillary staff

(1)

The Court's administrative and ancillary staff consists of—

(a)

the Principal Registrar;

(b)

the Registrars;

(c)

the Deputy Registrars;

(d)

the Magistrates' clerks;

(e)

the Listing Co-ordinator;

(f)

any other persons appointed to the non-judicial staff of the

Court.

(2)

The Court's administrative and ancillary staff will be appointed under the Courts Administration

Act 1993.
