15 Exercise of procedural and administrative powers of Court

A Judicial Registrar, Registrar, special justice or justice may—

(a)

issue summonses and warrants on behalf of the Court;

(b)

adjourn proceedings before the Court;

(c)

exercise any procedural or non-judicial powers of the Court assigned by the rules.
