22 Entry and inspection of property
(1)
The Court may enter any land or building and carry out an inspection that the Court considers relevant to a proceeding before the
Court.
(2)
The Court may authorise an officer of the Court to enter any land or building and carry out an inspection that the Court considers relevant to a proceeding before the Court.
(3)
A person who obstructs the Court, or a person authorised by a
Court, in the exercise of a power of entry or inspection under this section commits a contempt of the Court.
