Issue of evidentiary summonses

In force

A summons or a notice under this Part may be issued on behalf of the Court by—

(a)

a Magistrate; or

(ab)

a Judicial Registrar; or

(b)

a Justice; or

(c)

a Registrar; or

(d)

any other officer authorised by the rules to issue such summonses.
