44 Immunities
(1)
A Magistrate, Judicial Registrar, special justice or other person exercising the jurisdiction of the Court has the same privileges and immunities from liability as a Judge of the Supreme Court.
(2)
A non-judicial officer of the Court incurs no civil or criminal liability for an honest act or omission in carrying out or purportedly carrying out official functions.
