46 Punishment of contempts

The Court may punish a contempt as follows:

(a)

it may impose a fine (not exceeding a Division 5 fine);

or

(b)

it may commit to prison for a specified term (not exceeding

Division 5 imprisonment) or until the contempt is purged.
