A tenement holder must not fail to comply with a requirement under this Part to review a program under this Part. Maximum penalty: $250 000.

A tenement holder must not fail to comply with a requirement under this Part relating to—

the conduct of a program audit; or

the action to be taken as a result of a program audit. Maximum penalty: $250 000.

A person, who in connection with any authorised operations—

contravenes or fails to comply with a program under this Part that applies in relation to those operations; or

contravenes or fails to comply with a condition of a program under this Part that applies in relation to those operations, is guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: $250 000.
