Miscellaneous powers

Sections 294, 295, 297 and 298 of the

Local Government

Act 1999 apply as if they formed part of this Part, subject to the following modifications:

(a)

a reference to a council is to be read as a reference to the

Authority;

(b)

a reference to the area of a council is to be read as a reference to the outback;

(c)

any other modifications prescribed by regulation.
