38 Recovery of petroleum in adjacent area
A person shall not carry on operations for the recovery of petroleum in the adjacent area except—
(a)
under and in accordance with a licence; or
(b)
as otherwise permitted by this Part.
Maximum penalty: $50 000 or imprisonment for five years, or both.
