40 Application for licence
An application under section 39 or 39A—
shall be in accordance with an approved form; and
shall be made in an approved manner; and
shall be accompanied by particulars of the proposals of the applicant for work and expenditure in respect of the area comprised in the blocks specified in the application; and
may set out any other matters that the applicant wishes the Minister to consider; and
shall in the case of an application for the grant of a licence be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
The Minister may, at any time, by instrument in writing served on the applicant, require him to furnish, within the period specified in the instrument, further information in writing in connection with his application.
