77 Act not to give rise to other liabilities etc
This Schedule does not—
(a)
confer a right of action in any civil proceeding in respect of any contravention of a provision of a listed OHS law; or
(b)
confer a defence to an action in any civil proceeding or otherwise affect a right of action in any civil proceeding.
