79 Regulations—general
The regulations may prescribe—
procedures for the selection of persons, under clause 40, as members of health and safety committees, to represent the interests of members of the workforce at a facility; and
procedures to be followed at meetings of health and safety committees; and
the manner in which notices are to be served under this Schedule or the regulations; and
forms for the purposes of this Schedule or the regulations.
If the Minister is satisfied that—
a power, function or duty is conferred or imposed on a person under a law of this State or the Commonwealth; and
the proper exercise of the power or performance of the function or duty is or would be prevented by this Schedule or a provision of this Schedule, regulations made for the purposes of this subclause may declare that this Schedule, or the provision, as the case may be, does not apply to that person, or does not apply to that person in the circumstances specified in the regulations.
In subclause (2)—
this Schedule includes regulations made for the purposes of this Schedule.
