Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016

The

Minister must establish the following committees to provide advice on the implementation of this Act:

after consultation with the LGA, a committee that relates to the local government sector;

a committee that relates to entities involved in undertaking development within the State;

a committee that relates to—

community participation; and

ecological sustainability and liveability, with respect to planning, design and development.

The

Minister may, in establishing a committee under subsection (1), make provision with respect to—

the membership of the committee; and

the procedures of the committee; and

the functions or scope of operation of the committee; and

other matters as the Minister thinks fit.

Nothing in this section limits any other committee or other entity that may be established, or any other step or other process that may be undertaken, in relation to the implementation of this Act.
