18 Request for transfer of imprisoned person to this State
Where a person who is the subject of an arrest warrant issued in accordance with the laws of South Australia is imprisoned in a participating
State or a Territory, the Attorney-General may give to the Attorney-General of the participating State or the Territory a written request, accompanied by a copy of the warrant, for the transfer of the person to South Australia to be dealt with according to law.
